Cucumber with cream cheese

Slice a cucumber then pour into a bowl. Add a small individual pot of cottage cheese (light or not). Add salt and pepper (rather a lot). Finely cut parsley and chives. Add cottage cheese and mix well. Serve as input costs at a luncheon in the summer sun in the garden!
