Vayakel .....

Parashat Vayakel

The secret rréusiite (continued ett end)

We saw last week that the gates of
success are open to everyone: the goal is
just taken the decision to go forward,
as did the Natsiv that despite diffi culties
to study the Torah, became a Giant.
We were told that during the release of his book
the "Emek Sheela" he organized with Saud
students because he felt a great joy on this day. In
voila reason.
Thus, Rav began to explain what it would
past if it had not taken upon him the fact of becoming
more diligent in the study. He told.
"I will were a good Jew, with a respectable profession
and I even set time study of Torah
daily. And when the day of my death would
happened, I would have been like everyone
world ahead the Heavenly Court to make me
judge. The bottom, I would have asked if I
fixed time or not Study Torah. I
course said yes. I explained
that although my work took me most
of my time, anyway, I had succeeded {
set time for study. Then I'll
Hakadosh solved before Barukh Hu. IT would
His books sides Sheela Emek, Merom and Sade
the Emek Adavar ( what are the monuments written by
the Natsiv) . IT would have then said " All these books
it's you who'll have had to write, you had the ability.
Except that you did not believe in your potential. "
"What will I feel ashamed! . For this
why today, I have a huge joy of having
was convinced that I could succeed in
the study of Torah, although that I originally did was presenting
not obvious signs. This will only
I had got out of a deep place, buried in
myself. Thus, success depends on another
fundamental point: the desire to succeed . Whoever
longs achieve his ends in
a specific area, will have to convince himself
it has the potential to succeed. A man defeatist
never happen. By cons, who really wants,
although its qualities seem average or
low base, will have the keys success in his
hands. We learn that the story that follows.
One day a guest, Rabbi Eizel Harif was
expected in the Yeshiva Volozhin. In addition, noise
ran like what he was looking for a 'hatan for his
daughter. Who would not be his son? Yeshiva
was in turmoil. Upon his arrival, Rabbi asked a
question (koushia) Torah student: one who
respond properly to marry his daughter. During
all day, dozens and dozens of
Young passed the Rav to give
explanation. But nothing worked. Nobody found
response. The next day, Rabbi should already start
and all students of the Yeshiva to raccompagnèrent
his carriage. The latter departed when suddenly
ordered a young driver to stop. Rav down
immediately and asked the youth if he had
the answer to the question. He replied in the negative.
He just wanted to know the answer to
this great question. Rav took him up, gave him
response and said he leaving with him because he was
the lucky for her daughter. What has been the Rav Harif
in this young man? The desire to know! The boy
had said: " I just lost the daughter of Rav but
why waste as a Pearl of Torah? I
know the answer! . Rav knew the power
will and therefore had seen in him a
great potential to become a Talmid hakham. This
he became by as a result he replaced Rabbi Harif
when he left this world.

History: The Soldier and the laces
Here is a wonderful story about the decisions Hakadosh Baruch Hu that we do not understand the
time but subsequently explained. The story of this soldier is definite proof that what appears to be
punishment has in fact revealed himself as a great mercy.
One Friday afternoon on a road in Israel, a soldier was hitchhiking back to the north. Rav Moshe, living
Bne Brak, stopped on the roadside and took the boy with him.
"You go where? "Asked the Rabbi. "I'm on the side of Haifa," he replied. "It's very far and
seen the time it is, you never have time to go before the hour of Shabbat. " "That's okay, I'll arrange
" said the soldier. But Rabbi Moshe, who understood that the boy was not Shomer Shabbat or
Shomer Mitzvot replied: "Listen, come home and you will leave quietly tomorrow evening. "
"No, you will force me {do things that I do not want! . The Rav told him: "I promise you I
not force you: Take only at every meal of the holy day." The market seemed to please the soldier
was still very tired from his days spent with his unit. He spent almost the entire Shabbat
{sleep. It had risen only to eat but it was enough for him to feel kédousha. The children were
all gathered around the table, they sang. Then the Rabbi gave a Dvar Torah beautiful, and it had still
not leave unaffected the soldier.
But Motsae Shabbat was already arrived and { {was time to go home. Thus, the soldier made a remark
surprising: "I was very touched by your hospitality and I would respect a law your religion, but
not complicated. Can you choose for me? . Le Rav était stupéfait de la réaction du jeune homme et commença
alors { enumerate: Shabbat, tefillin, kosher .. But nothing worked, it seemed too complicated. Rabbi
then realized he would make no effort, so he offered him a very special mitzvah all {.
"Do you know the mitzvah of tying shoelaces? "Said the Rabbi. The young man thought he was mocking him. "Well it
one of the first mitzvah of Shoulkhan Arukh. It consists of first putting his right shoe without
to the laces. Then it puts the left that is lace. Finally, the straight laced. " It was perfect. That the Act that
would now be strictly observed. During whole weeks, he made sure never to forget
shoelaces as requested Shoulkhan Arukh. One morning the Colonel roused his troops early. But in
haste, he could not remember if he had put on his shoes properly. Then he asked {return
his barracks to fetch something, but without good reason, the colonel refused. He then left the
rank and run to her room. The colonel was furious. He laces under the Act and returned to his comrades
who were surprised by the reaction of their comrade. Colonel punished for insubordination and sentenced to a
week in prison. After serving his sentence, he called Rabbi Moshe to tell her whole story.
"Impossible! "Said the Rabbi, "You can not receive such a punishment with due observance of a law Shoulkhan
Arukh." But the young man's voice was trembling, it happened something else. "You heard what
happened last week in the desert? Both helicopters were telescoped by mistake? A
catastrophe ! That was my unit! I should be with them in one of two helicopters! Baruch Hakadosh
Hou saved me through {this mitzvah! . The young man was in tears.

Commentaires sur la Parashat Vayakel
These are the numbers tabernacle tabernacle of the testimony "These are the accounts of the Mishkan, the Tabernacle of witness"
The Mishkan is called the "tabernacle of testimony" because it shows that HaShem reconciled
with the people of Israel after the sin of the golden calf. The proof is that His presence is
among them. Other nations thought that the fault of the Bnei Israel were irreparable. But
they constatèrent HaShem had ordered them to build the tabernacle so that it rests
among them. Thus, the nations of the world went {evidence that not only Hashem
had reconciled with them but that a fire surrounded the Mishkan: the fault of the golden calf
was forgiven. Let us explain this with a parable: A king married a woman without
everything. He showed great kindness to her and saw to it that she lacks nothing. But
day he received a very negative report on it. He rushed off to the hunt. Her neighbors said to him
"You have no chance to return to the palace, thou hast too disappointed! . But a few days later, the
king asked her to return to restore order in the house. Then, he dined with her. The neighbors
did not think they could have more privacy than this after what she had done. But the next day
they smelled the perfume from the palace and understood that the king had pardoned his fault.
Similarly Hashem made the Bnei Israel out of Egypt and honors than any other nation. He
led into the wilderness to Mount Sinai and gave them the Torah. But forty days later, he committed
the fault of the golden calf and that is that nations have cried out: "There is no hope pardon! . Moshe
then prayed that Hashem forgave. But Moshe asked for a sign to show other nations that He
had really forgiven. Thus, Hashem asked to build the Mishkan to reside among them and
show {all the fault of the golden calf is forgotten.
