1. Today we'll begin to assert some happy things to which you are entitled, being what thou art. 2 Long periods of exercise are not needed today, but very frequent short periods are needed. 3 A every ten minutes would be very desirable, and it is strongly recommended that you try and stick to that schedule as much as possible. 4 If you forget, try again. 5 If there are long breaks try again. 6 Whenever you remember, try again.
2. You do not need to close their eyes during the exercise periods, but you probably will see that it helps you if you do. 2 It may, however, during the day you find yourself in a number of situations where it will be impossible to ignore. 3 Do not miss a practice period because of it. 4 You can very well do the exercise in any circumstance if you really want.
3. The exercises take little time today and require no effort. 2 repeats the idea today, then adds several qualities that you associate with being a Son of God, you apply them to yourself. 3 A period of exercise could, for example, consist of the following:
- 4 I am blessed as a Son of God.
- 5 I am happy, peaceful, loving and happy.
6 Another could take the form:
- 7 I am blessed as a Son of God.
- 8 I am calm, quiet, assured and confident.
9 If you have only a short time, simply tell you that you are blessed as a Son of God.
